Shipping and delivery


Delivery time estimated to 1-6 working days. Orders placed before 10:00 are shipped the same day.

Please note that customs costs for orders shipped to Norway, Switzerland and the UK are paid by the customer.

When the product has left our warehouse, the delivery responsibility passes to the shipping companies who deliver your order within the set time for the chosen shipping method. cannot provide a delay guarantee for goods that are not in stock at the time of ordering or for goods that have left our warehouse. This means that the total delivery time before the product reaches you can be longer than what is stated as normal for the chosen shipping method.

The customer always has the right to cancel the purchase in the event of delivery delays. There may be times that make it impossible for us to fulfill the order, for example if our supplier is unable to fulfill its commitment to us. At checkout, you can choose between payment methods invoice, installment payment, card payment or direct payment. As a customer, you undertake to pay within the set time for the chosen payment method. Payment after the due date can lead to delay fees and interest.

Right of withdrawal and returns

As a customer, you have the right to exercise your right of withdrawal within fourteen (14) days from the day you receive the product.

If you have received a product that is damaged or broken, you make a complaint request within a reasonable time, but no later than within 30 days of the fault being discovered. Please send your complaint to We need the following information:

- Photo of the side with the barcode & batch no.
After we have received your complaint we will get back to you with more information regarding the return/refund.


If you have an unpaid invoice for your order, it is important that you advance the due date yourself, you do this at When we have received and checked the returned item, we will refund the entire purchase price as soon as possible, including any shipping cost (not return shipping), but no later than within 30 days. If you have paid by invoice or direct payment, we will transfer the money to your bank account. If you have paid by card, we will credit the return amount on your card.

Uncollected packages

We reserve the right to charge the costs of the handling that occurs with uncollected packages (return shipping, handling costs, etc.). Therefore, we charge a fee of SEK 100 if a package is not picked up. The shipment is with the postal agent for 14 days before it is returned to us. Please note that if you regret a purchase and want to return the item, you first need to pick up the package and then return as described above.


If you have received a defective or incorrectly shipped item, we ask you to contact our customer service immediately. Describe the error in as much detail as possible. If we can not solve the problem, you may of course make a complaint about the product to get a new one. Complaints must be made in accordance with the instructions you receive from us.
